Vinnie Guadagnino was born on November 11, 1987 in Staten Island, New York, United States. He was born to traditional Italian American parents, Paula Guadagnino and Paola Giaimo. Vinnie has two sisters named Antonella and Marianne Guadagnino. His mother immigrated to the United States from Italy when she was 13 years old.
Regarding his education, he attended Susan E. Wagner High School. She then enrolled at CUNY College on Staten Island, where she earned a 3.9 GPA in three and a half years.

Vinnie was 21 years old when he began appearing as an actor on the MTV reality show Jersey Shore. He appeared in all six seasons of the show from 2009 to 2012. The reality show chronicles the lives of 8 roommates who live together in a farmhouse in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. The show became incredibly popular, helping original cast members land future jobs on other television shows.
