Terrence Williams was born on June 28, 1987 in Seattle, Washington, United States. Nothing is known of his youth or his parents. For his education, he attended Rainier Beach High School. After high school, he entered the University of Louisville.
Williams played as a starter for the high school team for four years. During this time, he also helped his team win the state title.
