Gupteswar Pandey began his career as a Bihar Police Superintendent after passing the UPSC exam in 1987. Subsequently, he served as an SP in some of Bihar’s largest districts, then as Inspector General of Police in Muzaffarpur District of Bihar District. Tirhut. , Bihar.
