Early Life
Stacey was born on April 9, 1991, in Centerville, Alabama. He attended Centerville Bibb County High School, where he played quarterback, running back and wide receiver. He received First Team 4A AllState, Division 4A Player of the Year, and an ASWA AllState Honorable Mention.
Stacy was a two-time Alabama West Player of the Year and finished his high school career with 5,863 yards and 76 touchdowns.

Zach later played football at Vanderbilt. As a junior, he played in 10 of 12 games and finished the season as the team’s second-leading rusher with 478 yards and three touchdowns on 107 carries.
In 2011, Stacey won the Vanderbilt MVOP Award and set a rushing record of 1,193 yards. A year later, she set the record for the longest career by a Vanderbilt player.
Selected by the St. Louis Rams in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft, Stacey debuted for the Rams against the Arizona Cardinals. Her best rookie game of the season came against the Seattle Seahawks, where she had 134 yards on 26 carries.
In 2015 he moved to the New York Jets. However, he was unable to play most of the game after breaking his ankle against the Buffalo Bills and was placed on injury reserve. The Jets later released him on July 27, 2016 after a physical breakdown.
On February 16, 2017, Zach announced his retirement from the NFL. A year later, he came out of retirement and signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League. In 2019 he signed with the American Football Alliance’s Memphis Express.

Zach’s current relationship status is unknown. However, he recently made headlines after being accused of brutally assaulting his ex-girlfriend in front of his 5-month-old son in Florida. According to TMZ, he punched her ex in the head multiple times before throwing her at the TV.
After the attack, she called the police and Stacey ran away from home. In her restraining order, she wrote: “She hit me several times on the head, I begged her to stop, as the child was lying on the sofa a few meters from where she hit me.” and he threw me on my tv. The TV started to go down and she turned to make sure I didn’t get up. When he was lying on the ground, he started yelling at me and telling me that he was destructive. Then he lifted me off the ground and onto my feet and threw me into our son’s inflatable seat.
