All Might has strange and very dynamic eyes. The reason for this is explained in the manga and it’s quite shocking. It turns out that the reason Toshinori Yagi’s eyes look like this is due to multiple surgeries. The operation was not mandatory and not for cosmetic reasons.
What happened in front of everyone?
