Early life
NORE Victor Santiago Jr. was born on September 6, 1977 in New York, United States. He did not reveal enough details about his early childhood, his parents and his upbringing. Although it seems that from the beginning he was interested in singing.
NORE got its start in 1995 when he joined the rap duo CaponeNNoreaga (CNN). At the time, she was performing with rapper Queens Capone under the pseudonym Noreaga. The couple exchanged wedding vows on September 4, 2019. Together they have a son named Noah. His son Noah is said to be 11 years old and determined to pursue a career in acting, modeling and basketball.
