Frank Bonner was born on February 28, 1942 in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. He was born to his parents, Frank Woodrow Burse and Mamie Grace. His father, Frank, was a saxophonist and his mother, his grandmother, was a singer. He did not provide information about his upbringing.
