Fulio was born as Charles Jones on June 21, 1998 in Jacksonville, Florida, USA. He spoke little about his parents. However, during an interview he revealed that he had lost some family members who grew up in Florida.
Fulio said it was difficult for him growing up in Jacksonville, where there have been many murders. He also lost some of his closest friends on the street due to the violence.
