Pratap NM, also known as Drone Pratap, is an Indian scientist, engineer, and entrepreneur who has built over 600 drones from electronic waste. He is popular with scholars from all over the world and residents of the Mandya district in the state of Karnataka.
He first became famous during the floods in northern Karnataka, when his drones helped carry food, water and other supplies from the Hipparagi Dam to the nearby town of Janawada.

He once saved the life of a little girl who was bitten by a snake by delivering an antidote 10 hours away. The Eagle 2.8 drone, flying at a speed of 280 km/h, covered this distance in about 8.5 minutes.
