Career
Deepika came to Bollywood in the 1983 film Sun Meri Laila, playing Annie alongside actor Raj Kiran. Her debut movie was a box office hit, but she failed to make good movies for a long time. She also appeared in supporting roles in various films including Bhagwan Dada (1986), Kala Dhanda Gorai Log (1986), and Dope (1989).
He soon starred in entry-level horror films called Cheekh (1986) and Raat Ke AndhereMein (1987).
He dropped out again to star in Grade A movies where he filmed two famous movies titled Ghar Ka Chirag in 1989 and Rupaye Dus Karod in 1991.
