Byun Baekhyun (born May 6, 1992), commonly known as Baekhyun, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and actor. He is a member of the South Korean Chinese boy band Exo, its subgroup ExoK, its subgroup ExoCBX, and the South Korean supergroup SuperM. In July 2019 he debuted as a solo artist with the release of his first EP “City Lights”. In 2016, he starred in the Korean drama Lovers of the Moon: Scarlet Heart of Ryeo. On July 1, 2018, he launched his fashion brand “Privé by BBH”. Baekhyun received the “Best Male Artist” award at the 2019 Mnet Asian Music Awards following the success of his debut EP “City Lights” (2019) and debut single “UN Village” on December 4, 2019.
