Early Life
Ant Anstead was born on March 28, 1979 and grew up in Ely, Cambridgeshire. She studied at Richard Hale School and after moving to Hertfordshire she moved to Haileybury School where she obtained an A-level.

After completing his training, Anstead began working for Hertfordshire Police in 1999, becoming a police officer in the Bishops Stortford area. He worked for the Tactical Firearms Team (TFU) for many years. Anstead has had a very successful career and has even received two awards for his service.
In 2005, Anstead decided to pursue a career in the automotive business, which he had been passionate about from a very young age. He helped clients restore their old cars and even made a name for himself as an artist, creating various works of art and sculptures. Anstead is a multi-talented individual, also a semi-professional footballer who has played over 700 Ryman-level games in over 15 years. Anstead was married to a woman named Louise. They also had a daughter named Amelie and a son named Archie. However, in 2017 they broke up. In the same year, Anstead met Christina El Moussa, who was also a television presenter.
The following year they will marry in a private wedding in California. But their marriage quickly fell apart and they filed for divorce in 2020 due to disagreements. They both broke up with Anstead and are now in a relationship with an actress named Renée Zellweger.
