Yung Baby Tate was born Tate Sequoia Farris on May 13, 1996 in Decatur, Georgia, USA. Her father, David Ryan Harris, is a musician and producer, and her mother, Dionne Farris, is a soul singer. As a child, she was closer to her mother and had little contact with her father.
