What glue do dentists use for crowns?

Zinc phosphate is considered one of the oldest and most reliable permanent crown adhesives. The newest are glass ionomer (GI) and resin modified glass ionomer (RMGI), which are known to be composed of liquid polyacrylic acid and fluoroaluminosilicate glass powder.
