Walter Elias Disney, better known as Walt Disney, was an American film producer, voice actor, writer, animator, and businessman by profession. A pioneer of American animated films, he has innovated animated filmmaking in many ways.
He holds the record for the most Oscars won by a single person as a film producer, with 22 Oscars out of 59 nominations. Among other things, he received two Golden Globes for Special Achievement and an Emmy Award.
