Sudhir Gupta is a Distinguished Physician at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. He entered the scene after the Central Bureau of Investigation asked the AIIMS Forensic Commission to release a report on the mysterious death of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

A video was recently leaked in which AIIMS doctor Sudhir Gupta claimed that Sushant did not commit suicide but was murdered. According to him, there were signs of strangulation on his body and many other evidences that ruled out the possibility of suicide in the case.

Dr. Sudhir Gupta was born on June 11, 1969 and is 51 years old in 2020. He started his career as a medical examiner. He has over 27 years of forensic science experience.

In 2013 he was appointed Head of the Forensic Division of the Indian Institute of Medical Sciences. He was also a member of the deans committee and worked with MCI to develop the graduate curriculum.

He has worked with Interpol, CBI, NIA, NHRC, Delhi Police and other investigative agencies dealing with many high profile cases domestically and internationally. He has also published over 100 scientific articles nationally and internationally and has written six chapters in forensic science books and textbooks.

He ranked first in the MBBS exams and was also awarded a gold medal for passing. She completed her postgraduate studies in forensic medicine at Benaras Hindu University in Varanasi and also received her diploma from the National Council of the Government of India in 1997.

He also received a scholarship from the University of Windsor in Canada and has been recognized all over the world, from countries like Australia to the United States of America.

Dr. Sudhir Kumar Gupta has received many awards and recognitions throughout his medical career. He received a certificate of recognition from the Dr. RP Center for Ophthalmic Sciences and AIIMS for the Cornea Donor Program.

He is also the youngest professor to be appointed to several prestigious bodies such as the AIIMS Dean’s Committee, Injury Surveillance Committee and many others.

He is also the first autopsy surgeon to receive a fellowship from the Chicago International College of Surgeons. In 2010 he was also named Doctor of the Year.

According to reports, there were no signs of a battle on the body and clothing of the deceased. However, not all of these reports are official and the AIIMS Medical Board has not released an official report.

Some media outlets claimed that AIIMS ruled out a murder and some said that the AIIMS team ruled out the possibility of suicide in this case. All of these reports came after a video was leaked by Dr. Sudhir Gupta of AIIMS expounding his theory on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
