Lisa Frank was born on April 21, 1955 in Michigan, United States. Her father was an art collector who introduced him to art. Thanks to her father, she also met many famous pop artists like Peter Max.
Regarding his education, he attended Cranbrook Kingswood School in Michigan. After graduating from Cranbrook in 1972, she attended the University of Arizona, where he studied art. During his sophomore and freshman years of college, she created a line of plastic jewelry he called Sticky Fingers.
