Damian Hurley was born on April 4, 2002 in London, England. He was born at London’s Portland Hospital to famous actress Elizabeth Hurley. His father is American businessman Steve Bing. Steve initially did not consider Damian to be his son, but apparently had to accept it after a DNA test confirmed that he was his father.
Steve then agreed to pay Elizabeth an annual fee of approximately £1.8 million. However, he apparently refused to accept payments. Damian was raised primarily by his mother. Married to Indian business tycoon Arun Nayar, he grew up in Gloucestershire for several years.
