Early life and wife
Parscale was born on January 3, 1976, in Topeka, Kansas. His father, Dwight Parscale, was a deputy attorney general and ran for Congress in 1974. He also owned a restaurant and later became CEO of NewTek.
Regarding his education, he attended Shawnee Heights High School and later moved to Texas to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio. He was a basketball player in San Antonio. He then moved on to Trinity University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, international business, and economics in 1999.
